Ilona has spent 30 years working in the helping professions as an Occupational Therapist, Pastor, Counsellor & Psychotherapist. She has a particular interest in working with people who have experienced trauma and abuse in their lives.


Ilona is an experienced marriage counsellor who is skilled at helping couples build healthy emotional and physical intimacy. She has been happily married to Steve for 30 years and they have two grown up children  

Ilona includes the option of integrating  clients' spirituality with current counselling practice in a manner which is both gentle and profound. She is sensitive and caring and is dedicated to seeing people's lives changed for the better.


Ilona enjoys public speaking and equipping groups with tools for;

  • emotional  health and wellbeing

  • building healthy marriages

  • increasing spritual awareness

  • Ilona  is a consultant to churches SA who are developing prayer ministry teams for physical, psychological and emotional healing.
